Hopefully everyone realizes that prices are literally subjective, and even though markets will best determine the value of something, it doesn't necessarily mean it'll reflect on what the seller will value it by. Take me for example, I'm only willing to sell my GTB at a certain price point, and even though the market says it's value isn't that high I'm still not gonna compromise based on other subjective view points of the market value. I paid the higher premium on what I own, and to me it was worth it. To the individual out there who is willing to pay the higher premium for what I'm offering to sell then they'll determine whether not if the value is worth it.
