-crankset changed for Truvativ (sram) touro crankset (similar to s100) with shadow pedals
-rear wheel changed for deep section with fixed/fixed hub on a thickslick tire (comes with 2 cogs and lock rings 16t and 18t)
-stock steel fork switched for a carbon fiber fork from look (higher end track bike company), original steel fork will be included in sale
-stock bars, stem and brake have been replaced with profile design compact aluminum drop bars, ritchey 0 degree stem, and shimano rx100 front brake
-stock cross brake levers replaced with cane creek src-5 springloaded road levers and hoods
