FS: CHUB HUB HED BELGIUM REAR

I have a hed belgium rim laced to a chub hub rear track hub. I believe the hub has a surly track cog on it right now, 16 tooth but it can be removed if need be. Both sides of the hub are threaded for lock rings and cogs. The hub was professionally laced two-cross with dt swiss 2.0-1.5 mm butted spokes. There are 2 surface scratches in the rim, both purely cosmetic. This wheel has seen light uses, just a couple rides around town. I'm looking for $250, since that is about what the hub costs new, and it is nearly impossible to find these at a discount.
