its becoming a trend that LOW// owners seem to think their frames are worth the same, or almost as much as, how much they cost new.

this won't sell at this price. just being honest.

And just being honest too, you should go check prices for LOW frames on his website ... Keep in mind the price of the frame you choose is not the only cost. All the options you add have a price.

it just happens to be that you're the one with the frame.. that isn't selling. GL

Not selling for the moment don't be hasty master knowitall. This will not pressure me to decrease the selling price if that's what your are aiming at. Don't fancy getting ripped of after just a year of using this frame which as you can see is good as new.
ps: let me enlighten you:
-frame=1200$
-raw finish=200$
-fastback=100$
-stainless steel inserts=50$
-original decals display=25$
-fork=150$

Add another 100$ for the HS, 300$ (250euro) worth of border taxes, 10 months waiting and you have it fare price :-)

January 12, 2015 07:52 AM
in that case, let's forget the border taxes. because most people here WONT be paying that in the CONUS.
so:
$1825

you're asking 1100 euros, or about $1300 BEFORE shipping.
add on about $150 of shipping costs, and you're looking at $1450.

so, used for a whole year for $1450
OR
new for $1825, with own choice of colors, sizing, decals, etc?

the choice is pretty clear. you can justify it all you want, but im just saying if you want to make back what you paid, it's not happening.

And clearly by decreasing the original value by 400$ i am not. You are now proving my point. I really don't understand your motives...What ? you want it 1000$ less ?? Please ^^ And where did you get the idea that shipping from where I live is at least 150$ ?????????!
Go and comment and look somewhere else if you want that kind of price i'm sure you'll find a decent mash or other mass produced alu frame (fact! i'm not critisizing these frames they are fine).

I'm just gonna chime in here - there have been quite few lows on here in the last 4 months and even at 800-900 they sit for a while. with little interest. this time of year, unless you're giving up a good to amazing deal, isn't ideal for selling high end expensive frames anyway especially when you're asking so close to retail. plus if people feel youre trying to beat them in the head on PR it def won't help your sale, try CL or ebay..

just sayin'.

GLWS.

Get your $ doc. Just thank haters for the bump. Take it as they want your bike but are too poor to afford it so they shit talk.

he's just being honest, honestly. But I always think it's funny when someone post something and people who aren't even interested in buying jump in with their 2 cents.

Also think the ad is funny because I'm pretty sure a Low in 2013, heck I bet he ordered it in 2012, cost less than they cost today. So maybe a bit disingenuous to use those prices as an example. But ultimately none of that really matters. It's supply vs demand. I'm sure there are less of them across the Sea so he can ask a little more and maybe get some kid to give him $1000 for it.
