I'm looking to sell my wheel set. The specs are

-DT Swiss Spokes
-DT Swiss Nipples
-Silver Mavic OP
-16T Soma Cog (near new)
-Brand New Phil Wood Lockring
*Please not we tried to remove the cog at my lbs; however, the cog is on very tight. After a few attempts are trying to remove the cog, we decided to leave it on out of fear of stripping the hub.

Did you try to rotafix it off? Chances are the chain whip isn't enough leverage. I doubt you'd strip a Phil hub. If you strip it, it was already stripped installing it.
