This is rare Ridley Piste aluminium 7020 track frameset, which was made in Belgium in 2000.
Frame comes with 1" inch Campagnolo Mirage headset and a steel fork with extra small rake 12mm, which gives beautifull outlook of this frameset standing on wheels, and also comes with Shimano ITA 110.5mm bottombracket. The wheelbase is 950mm, so the frame has small overlap. Also, this frame hasn't got a huge langour of its material and frame has great rigidity because of a complex form and cut of a downtube near the bottombracket.
It has Italian thread in a bottombracket and 27.2mm seatclamp.

ST c to c is 580mm, c to the end is 610mm
Headtube angle is 74.5 degrees, seattube angle is 73.5
Wheelbase is very short - 950-955mm.
Frame weight is about 2.6kg without bottombracket.
