Ian Tait worked in a Wandsworth bike shop in the late 70's early 80's. He was a perfectionist. His Roberts road bike was at the time the best I'd ever seen. His track bike was used for road with brakes front and rear and was just as well cared for. He sold it to a friend of mine in 1988. Colin now needs to move the bike on. Its campag chainset and campag large flange wheels and BB. Everything works as new. The frame was resprayed by Paul Maudie of Horton Kirby. This bike comes with total provenance from new. Colin is an unusual 6'7 tall and Ian was 6'4 when I last was him in the 80's ! So if you're a fixed wheel fan and looking for a new steed of old and you're rather tall this could be yours. Colin is looking for just £300 ono which I think is rather cheap, but he just wants a real enthusiast to buy the Rob. Just ping me if interested. Based in Dartford Kent.

Hey was wondering if this bike is still for sale? I'm 6'4 in need of a new track frame for work.
