FS: Special order KhVZ XB3 Kvant Columbus tubing road frameset ST 57cm TT 56cm

For sale soviet special order KhVZ XB3 Kvant Columbus tubing road frameset. These were so called special order frames. Initially these Kvant and Takhion frames were made from imported tubing such as Ishiwata, Reynolds and Columbus. This particular frame was made from Columbus SL tubing. Kvant frames in total were made less in quantity than famous Takhions so less than 400 with road and track frames put altogether. This frame hanged in the garage for quite a while and wasn't used for some time. Has some dents and other imperfections please see all attached pictures. Stamping on rear dropout 180 and 88 so made in 1988. Sold as is for restoration project. Comes with the fork.
