So I decided to just take the plunge and order a new set of cranks. Really sad but long story short, I stripped my pedal boss on my right SRAM Ominum crank arm and SRAM nor shop's recommend that I tap the threads as it's pretty bad. Sucks I know as it's my lack of care for my cranks using crappy tools.
So If anyone thinks they can fix the right arm without any problems you can have the cranks for $80.00 or trade for a pair of Shimano Pro Mark Cavendish bars. PM me if interested.
