I can't understand, why takhions are so expensive. All USSR sportsmans preferred not russian frames in big competitions like world championships. So we have frame, that was not made with high quality, that don't have outstanding history, but costs a lot. Why?

I believe it's more about rarity and design that makes the price more expensive. My specific frameset is made with Columbus SLX tubing and from my understanding, that is high quality.
