No dents, jus a few small scrapes that you can see on the pictures. From 100 points I would give it a 95.

As far as measurements go, is the 54 top tube? Seat tube? 54 square?

NO!

I just re-measured the frame, and it's a 53 (seat) x 54 (top) tube. When I bought the frame, I was told it was a 54, I never noticed the difference.
