I'm looking for a new frameset for the summer. Ideal size would be anything between 56 and 58cm. I'd rather get a steel frame but I could settle for aluminium. It will be used 99.5% in the streets. My budget is around 300-350$. I'm located in Montreal, so i'd really rather get something from the east coast of the US so I could drive down to pick it up. Of course horizontal drop out is a must...
