Why ball out on the hub and choose trash tires?

Maybe ill borrow my gazzetta wheelset bc that fork wont clear x28. Sealed bearings.
I havent truly picjed a pair of tires for these but im thinking or a foldable with nice tread, like panaracer paselz or shwalbe lugano. These wheels are going on my toyoframe godzilla, someday soon.
