you should also specify whether you're looking for a shimano/SRAM or campy compatible wheel set, as well as what you're willing to spend

I have two wheel sets:
Mavic Ksyrium SL Premium. Within the last year it's had a new front hoop, new rear hub, and all new bearings. Black/Silver, SRAM. $425.
Velocity A23 to White Industry. These are the wider rims that make a 23c tire have a more tubular like ride. Black/Silver, SRAM. $450.
Both include a SRAM 11-25 cassette.
