I am looking for a titanium track frame/bike with an effective top tube between 52-53.5cm. I would prefer a modern make like at No.22 Little Wing, but I am open to other options as well. I am located in California, and seller must be willing to transact via PayPal or some other secure payment option. I will consider a full build, but I am more interested in frame only.
