although i've raised it since, I agree this frame is too big for me. it definitely runs in a weird size and the normal 54cm fits like a 56.

But eh, i can ride it and it feels nice.

There's nothing wrong with the seat height or seatpost exposure. He's riding with a 'French Fit.' I ride the same way if you check out my bike. If I go lower in size in terms of the frame it just doesn't feel right despite tweaking the saddle height, stem, or handlebars. Not every fit needs to be aggressive!
