Surly Steamroller (2017)

2017 Steamroller. I got the frame through QBP at the co-op I worked at. Parts are a mixture; I intended to make it a commuter/whatever, but by the time I got it put together, I got a courier job, so now it's a work/beater bike. I actually love it.

Frame:
Surly Steamroller

Fork/Headset:
26" Disc Trucker/Chris King

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Sugino 75/UN-55

Pedals:
Shimano MTB SPDs

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
17t White Industries/46t Origin8 chainring/cheapo KMC

Handlebars/Stem:
Ritchey Riser/Ritchey 90mm/Ergon grips

Saddle/Seatpost:
Brooks C17/Thomson

Brakes:
Avid BB7 front

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Mavic Open4 CD/Deore XT/Panaracer Pasela 35c (32 in winter to fit fenders)

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Velocity Deep V/White Industries/Panaracer Pasela 35c (32 in winter to fit fenders)

Accessories:
Cetma 5 rail rattle-canned black; Chinese Spur bell knockoff; Origin8 drank holder; Planet Bike cheapo fenders (in season)

More Info:
Finally got around to building a disc wheel and installed the brake. Also now has Ritchey risers, which are much more comfortable. Brakeless is fine and all, but having a brake is nice. With a disc brake and fenders, this is truly the ultimate winter commuter and work bike.
