More Info:
Bikes first owner set this up as a road bike. The bike was sold at bike shop then stripped of all components. A friend purchased the frame a hung in garage for several years. I acquired and built it up to fit my needs. My first single speed/track bike build. I sourced parts from all over the globe so to speak. I had the Mathouser pads and blocks and cloth tape, twine, ect... The bike is 26" from the factory and fits me. Hard to find and the 180mm cranks, 3ttt adjustable stem, were the right choice for this bike. The tool holder is from the 40's? Have not seen to many of these lately. Fun bike to build and She does ride very nice.

Thanks for the kind words. The bar end shifter works exactly as it does on a derailleur, but it is fitted to the brake. I had to use a brake cable I had so the cable could be crimped down in the small slot of the brake cable guide. Adjust bar end shifter so it has very little tension and the brake springs retract shifter like a brake lever.
