1983 Trek 560 Road Bike w/ Moustache Bar

Bought this bike because my wife has a 1983 Trek 400 already and I wanted to have a "matching" set of vintage 80s Treks.

Frame:
1983 Trek 560; 22.5" Frame; Reynolds 501/Mangaloy chromoly; Criterium geometry.

Fork/Headset:
Steel Mangaloy fork; Steel, 1" threaded headset

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Shimano 500LX; Original SR bottom bracket

Pedals:
Wellgo black alloy platform

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
2x6 speed; Swapped out the 52/42t crankset setup for some lower gearing (46/30t).

Derailleurs/Shifters:
Suntour Power Ratchet thumbies; Shimano Deore XT rear derailleur and Suntour BL front derailleur.

Handlebars/Stem:
I REALLY hate drop bars. This is now my 4th handlebar setup on this bike, and hopefully my last. Chromed steel northroad handlebar flipped upside down (aka, cheap moustache bar); SR Sakae hi-rise dirt drop stem; Vintage non-aero brake levers with 22.2mm bands; Oury grips plus black grip "extras". This setup is really comfortable but looks a little weird.

Saddle/Seatpost:
Serfas gel saddle; Original alloy seatpost

Brakes:
Original black Dia Compe side pulls; Early 80s non-aero levers

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Original black rims, original QR hub; Continental Ride Tour Extra tire, 700x28c

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Original black rims, original Maillard Helicomatic hub; Continental Ride Tour Extra tire, 700x28c

Accessories:
Bottle cage

More Info:
I will likely try to find a decent late 80s or early 90s Shimano wheelset so I won't be stuck with the Maillard freewheel forever.
