A restomod of sorts - picked up the frame for super cheap and cleaned and rust repaired it. The purpose of the bike is to be a capable but also cool bike for weekend trails etc.

Shimano XT FD-M786 front derailleur (with an asymmetrical shim to position the 34.9mm clamp correctly on the 28.6mm seat tube. Mechanism then further modified to increase the bottom position of the derailleur); Shimano XT RD-M786 GS Shadow Plus 10 Speed Medium rear mech; Shimano XT SL-M780 shifters (with indicators).
Saddle/Seatpost:
Brooks B17 standard (black); Random fluted 26.8mm seatpost (kalloy maybe?)
Brakes:
Tektro 720 cantilever brakes, Tektro levers

Shimano XTR M950 hub; Mavic D521 rim; Maxxis Minion DH 26x2.5
