I currently just acquired the same frame but it looks like the bike has been exposed to the Chicago elements for a while. I was wondering wheres the best place to purchase a new wheel set, and what wheel set would you recommend?

What are the specs on your stem, I love the look of long stems >.< im just wondering what your stem size is. Also the angle of it. (-17?)

My stem is long because I'm very tall. Stem length is determined by your torso length. This is a 120mm Dimension Stem (http://amzn.com/B001F2Y2RE).

In order to ensure you have the proper length stem for your size, sit on your saddle, hold your handlebars in the proper position (horns or drops), and look down at the cross section where the handlebars meet the stem. It should run directly over the front wheel bolts. If the bolts are above the handlebar, get a longer stem, if they're below, get a shorter one.

Nice.

How do you like the velocity wheels with the redline hubs?

Love them. They take some serious abuse and the hubs continue to spin freely. I'm probably going to get around to building a custom wheelset this winter though. Stay tuned...
