I'm thinking of getting them, but it looks like the bars start to curve down right after the bend coming off the flat bar. Whats the deal-io

Definetly get a 58. The top tube angle would be waaaay to intense for your back. That's just my opinion

Because there is a certain way the wheel is suppose to rotate and the valve hole is suppose to be on the driveside of the bike(chainring side)

Saddle should be parallel to the ground. Look at any professional cyclist's saddle, you'll put too much weight on your arms if you have the nose down like that.
