finally managed to upgrade something for this bike. i changed both wheels with Araya SA730 laced to Halo Track Hubs.
i downgraded the wheels on my Cinelli because one rear spoke was busted.. so the front one goes to this bike.. i decided to use it not because i like small spoke numbers, but i need the brake combatible rims to slip through the nastiest traffic jams of Jakarta

i think Pave CX wasn't listed on "the bull"
but i got it on a clearance discount (got it for $18).
it was a shop's case display.. the shop threw the packaging away and they no longer distribute that model..
i think i got nothing to lose
