tightened rear hubs, added a lockring, aligned tire logos, removed sugino xd2 cranks and yst internally-threaded bottom bracket, added sugino mighty tour cranks and a 50T road chainring, generic pedals and straps (changed one christophe strap for a generic strap due to the slipping during skidding). Added free-ball bearing Hatta bottom bracket, but the axle is too long. Had to run chairing on the inside to maintain chainline. greased headset bearings, replaced with compact road drops.
