I'm truly honored. Nobody around me rides track bikes, at least that I'm aware of, so it's nice to have someone show appreciation for what's going on.

Hi, what's your height / inseam? I am assuming the fit is good?

Also do you think it's sturdy enough (frame) to be a daily bike?

Posted almost 7 years ago

poopypat

poopypat says:

i'm about 5'9" with about a 30" inseam. it fits pretty well. the 100mm stem is a little long but it works. and yes, it's very solid. i think it could be a daily.

this is great! i feel like the phil cranks should be on here though not the bk...

poopypat says:

That means I'd be putting this crank set up on the bk and I have a weird thing, I don't know where it came from or how much credence it holds, but I don't believe in outboard bearing set ups on steel frames. Maybe someone can explain myself to me on that one, if I'm right or an idiot. Also, the bk is built to take a beating. This could probably withstand some tough hits but I've been rocking the phil set up for years now so I don't wanna mess with a good thing. I'm happy with my family.
