found this NOS beauty in Italy. Planning to build with silver components to keep the classic feel but without the vintage parts. Looking to build it by the end of this year.

Yes.
A complete bare frame was kept in the old factory. Italian restoration specialists found the frame and painted it with original decals.
So as for the frame it is NOS but for the paint, no.
