Cannondale T700

My mid to late 90s touring frame converted into a cyclocross bike. The chainring needs to be replaced with a 44t Raceface narrow-wide chainring that I got, but the chainring bolts are stuck to the point where I need to drill them out. This is bike has been through some solid abuse over the years. Cannondale makes some solid bikes.
