I'm 169 cm tall (5'5) and with a 78-80 Inseam. The Straps on the photos: one is Hold Fast Strap and the other on is from local fixie shop here in Lima PerĂș.

how bad is the Toe overlap? Someone said the front wheel hits the CRANK when you turn which is wild.

Yeah it does. I think that in shorter sizes is frequently because this is a very stiffer track frame. In bigger sizes is not common (56-). Anyway, you get use to it. At my first U turn I fell but it's ok..
