Well - it´s the replica by Cinelli. The only noticicble difference between the original winner price bike and the replica frames produced by Cinelli is that there no laurel wreath around the red hook on the setatube. They produce 25 Frames 5 of those (with laurel wreath around the hook) the are winner frames those are used as followed of those:
2 for the winnder
1 for organizer
2 backup frames
And the remaing "replica" frames without the aurel wreath are bheeing sold via Cinelli

Yes, I understand that "replica" probably isn't a proper term for this, more like a recreation of the ones extremely limited, but limited to 20 instead.
