Crew District Track

Wanted a "Track" frame on the cheap, built this thing up for under $250. I ride this bike to work every day. The frame is solid and pretty lightweight, but the finish has several paint drips and the graphics are all lopsided or crooked. Definitely a smart purchase for the budget minded or as an entry level track bike.

Frame:
Crew District 58cm

Fork/Headset:
Bontrager Carbon / Crew OEM

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Bontrager Sram GXP

Pedals:
Fyxation Gates one-off "prototype" pedals and Fyxation strap kit

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Masi Brev. M 48t / 17t cog

Handlebars/Stem:
Deda Elementi Pista / Bontrager RL

Saddle/Seatpost:
Selle Italia Flite / unbranded carbon post

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Bontrager Race Lite / Fyxation Accela

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Alex DA16 / Formula / (Giant branded) Kenda Kwest

More Info:
This $150 frame weighs less than my buddy's Leader 725 frame. The frame's rear end is stiffer and more responsive than I was expecting.

Saw this on the MKE CL. You buy it or the owner and just decide to keep it?

well hello there Lydia! It's mine, I built it, I'm still selling it. My mountain bike build needs the funds.

yeah, its quick. For a cheap frame it feels good. With the ratio it's at and the drops I'm always cranking and am inclined to ride faster, which is good, I guess.
