How much was this if you don't mind me asking? I'm looking a a similar Columbus Thron frameset but I feel like it's a bit overpriced.

I'm definitely liking the build! If it were mine, I'd go with white tape and a white saddle, but that's just me :) Aren't steel bikes just great?

I thought that but, JDG (below) just did that set-up. LOL. Steel is wonderful! I may change the fork to a flat lugged crown.

A flat crown would look nice, especially if you can get a low rake one. Also, you should pick up a half link to slam that rear wheel! Have you thought about repainting at all? (Not saying that it needs to be repainted, just curious)

ooooo... maybe a blue to white fade (blue headtube and have it fade to white in the middle of the down and seat tubes) with new De Bernardi decals http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bernardi-set-de... that would look incredible

I can get a good deal on a 38mm rake fork. I'm not sure of the actual rake currently on it but, it looks greater than a 38. I had a half link laying around but, I must have lost it. I am thinking about painting, probably keep it red. I love red. But, I like the chips in the paint. I do plan on getting new decals. The missing letters are killing me. That's small stuff though.

Ha. It has some chips in it. I have to replace the decals. The missing letters are killing me mentally, lol.

Thanks man.. I'm not going to go crazy on it at first. I'll put basic parts on it, then maybe do a full upgrade on it down the line. How does that TT Pursuit ride with the 24 on it?

It is hard to get up hills and twitchy going down them (and brakes don't brake all that well on hard anodized rims). But, it is a lot of fun and really fast on flats or slight downhills. All of that makes sense though, because it was designed for flat time trials

:) How do you like those Sun rims? I think I'll pick up those and throw some gunwalls on them. I just hope I don't build my bike up to look like yours. LOL

Yea that polish is what got me. I seen a bunch of dull finishes, wanted something with polished finish. Yea, you forget about those campy's. You may luck up on them one day. Just have that cash on the side waiting.
