nice setup
i haven't had any luck with those tensioners on my winter ride (and there's shit tons of ice and snow here)... not enough tension, chain skip. had to revert to a good ole dérailleur... 15$ in the trash.

I've dropped a chain only once and that was in temperature -14°c so probably something to do with that.
I think it has been holding up decetly enough so far but won't be afraid to bin it once I have to pick up the chain once a week.
