A lovely oddity: custom lugged frame with track ends, big clearance, beautiful curved rear brake bridge (yet no brake mount) plus cable routing around the bottom bracket Running a 'QR' threaded fork and a set of Alexrims DA22 staggered 650c x 700c. The best guess so far is that it's a framebuilder's custom build, possibly out of vintage TT frame bits and pieces.
The fact that it has dual cable guides around the BB, yet no brake mount on the bridge is pretty unusual.
