how is the box nine is fine groupset?

I’ve ridden it for about three years it’s a little finicky to set up as the derailleur/shifter seems to prefer to be under load/tension even in 9th gear….getting/keeping it right is rewarded with reliable shifting….and I mean I can’t remember missing a shift in months
