The frameset was purchased and given to me by a friend at the Keirin track in Shizuoka. Fuji outsourced craftsmen to meet the needs of the national team and federations. Frameset was designed and handmade in the Zunow workshop in Osaka, but received official Fuji branding and was used as the primary training and competition equipment for elite junior programs and athletes of the Japan Cycling Federation. The "Special Order," "Federation '83," and "FJC" (Fuji Junior Cycle) stickers indicate its status as equipment for elite junior and federal programs. The frameset is completely identical to the Zunow Z-1 Track Racer, including the geometry and the use of the patented Pentagla chainstays.
