Not sure what the hype is about with "fully carbon" or carbon at all on track bikes. Wheelsets make sense. Track rake carbon forks too. But light isn't what you aim for on track bikes. I'd stick with the omniums.

All of your setups are very serious. Wish I could afford your wheels. Why tape instead of grips on the aero bars?
