Got it from a guy who supposely said it was "brand new." Received it with paint chips on the seat tube,fork, and a dent on the headtube so i cant put my bearings in. but hopefully im getting a refund (:

that could've happened during shipping? I know when I bought my pulse, the photos before it was shipped were immaculate, then after the shipping I had quite a few paint chips. Even though the package was insured, UPS still wouldn't refund it because it didn't meet their "packing standards".
