Saved this frame from the trash basically - the original aeros fork was split in half and one of the previous owners did a bodged attempted headset-repair (somehow there was a seatpost shim stuck on the fork steerer when I pulled the fork). The bike now has custom headset adaptors and a ton of paint chips, but the jade chameleon paintjob is still stunning.

basically the caption. original fork was toast so I was unsure if the frame was damaged as well, especially after having to modify it to take a 1 1/8" headset. but I trust it now so I'm starting to gather parts for a geared bike - keeping up with roadies in the meantime tho ;)
