good parts, wrap this bars and stick some plugs in there and it'll be a bit better.
but you said you weren't finished so i bet thats on your list. new wheels and stem one day?

Yes of course I barely had gotten those bars the day I took that picture & yes, I am not digging the stem I have on right now. & I'm gonna switch the wheelset color.
