Good looking conversion! I have some question.. How did you installed the cable stops on the top tube and the rear derailleur. And how do you shift gears?

its not done yet, recycled stops spot welded to the frame :)

Haha, a bike is never done! Stoked for you & this build, though. Seems like this frame has seen a lot; I really love the build w/ drops & the Colnago fork.
