Got this frame for $70. A Marín Pine Mountain from 1995 that someone had added a rear disc brake mount to. Converted it to 650b

Finally fixed some longstanding issues with the headset (replaced the cane creek 40 with a used chris king and it runs like a dream now) and continuing to dial in the fit. The all city handle bars upped the nimbleness of the front and dropped a lot of weight.
The SRAM apex crankset did not mate well with this MTB frame and I eventually ran into the issue of the crank falling off because of the spacers i needed on the BB to to give the cranks clearance so they wouldn't rub on the chainstays. Had an old Deore LX crank laying around that did the trick and no problems since.
