I just recently sold this.
Frame:
Mercian Super Vigorelli with Reynolds 631 tubing and Prugnat lugs with hear-shaped cut-outs.
Fork/Headset:
Mercian fork, more 631, and a Milremo two-plate round fork crown.

Also, I'd say that the 2nd and 3rd photos here are the most true to color of the lot.
