Mercier Kilo TT Stripper - Rebuild Original grey paint was destroyed when I had to give it the caustic soda treatment for old seat post removal. I media blasted the frame, Rattle canned the frame sky blue and ordered a new 520 decal from Reynolds steel I ended up going with a vintage / classic look for the rebuild.
