After rebuilding my Redline and weighing my cycling goals. I knew what I wanted/needed for my first new road bike purchase. The Cinelli Semper was one of my first of a handful of considerations. When I saw that the complete bike was on sale, I jumped on it right away. I had already purchased some part and components preemptively so swapping out the components with what I wanted was no big deal. I'm taking this mike across the state of WA and in a year or two... Across the country for the Trans American Bike Race.
