Mercier Kilo TT Pro

This was my first fixed gear, and it's been great to me. It's stiffer and tighter-geometry than my other bikes, which is nice at times.

Frame:
Mercier Kilo TT

Fork/Headset:
Merciert Kilo TT/Cane Creek

Crankset/Bottom Bracket:
Black Sugino RD/Unknown

Pedals:
MKS Sylvan Road pedals, MKS Steel clips (large), makeshift MKS NJS single straps (a double strap cut in half)

Drivetrain/Cog/Chainring/Chain:
Milwaukee 17-tooth cog/Sugino Messenger 46-tooth chainring/KMC "Drop Buster" 510hx chain

Handlebars/Stem:
Easton EA30 high-rise risers with Stolen (the brand, not actually stolen) Money Grips/Unknown stem

Saddle/Seatpost:
Selle Italia Turbo (perforated) saddle/Thomson Elite seatpost

Brakes:
Tektro dual-pivot front brake

Front Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Red-anodized Velocity Deep-V 36h/Formula Hub/Continental Gatorskin (700x23)

Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Black Velocity Aerohead/Dura-Ace High Flange Hub/Contintental Gatorskin (700x23)

Accessories:
Planet Bike Superflash light

More Info:
Most of the frame is covered in industrial Sharpie, which sadly doesn't hold up as well as I'd hoped it would.

Did you do a clear coat or anything over the sharpie? How easily does it come off? Thinking of doing something like this

Coomer

Coomer says:

No I didn't. I think the chemicals in a clear coat would damage the Sharpie and make the ink run. So I just left it, and the Sharpie doesn't hold up very well. What does work a lot better are paint pens. On more recent projects I've used Molotow paint markers with much better success.
