they need to be for a big guy ;D
well, the finish is nice (paint etc) and it's also stiff etc. but due to the geometry which isn't quite the one that i ordered and cantilever bosses which don't have a correct angle, i wouldn't buy another mielec.. on the other hand the mielec frames are okay for budget projects and they also are what you can expect from a frame <300$
