Frame & rims are superb, stem is very cool. Dura ace hubs, so nice.

Very high fine if no brake in Japan. Also Mr. Nagasawa doesn't like brakeless on the street I've read.

thanks. yeah i know he said for safe, but Nagasawa frames has no brake drill and i don't want drill or other brake parts
