I always wanted to get into road cycling and I thought it would be a lot of fun to piece together my first bike from the ground up. Some say this is the slower more expensive route, but I feel it was a rewarding experience.

I've been thinking about getting one of these, but reviews say there is a problem with the fd cable routing. Did you have any trouble with that?
