Daryl Perkins was commissioned to build this frame back in 1991. The fluoro paint job was a special request by the customer and not Daryl's personal choice, I dig it though. I found the frame in near perfect condition on Gumtree for a steal and have taken about a year to build it up with period correct components that I think work with the frame.
