Got the Bike nearly complete but all rusty from the scrap. I figured out by the decal that it's a PL8 maybe from early to mid 70s.

Rigida chrome steel/Vredestein Fiammante Duocomp 23-622
Rear Wheel/Hub/Tire:
Rigida chrome steel/ Continental Super Sport+ 25-622

Left the rust on the frame for that historic look.
